NJ - Liscense problems please read.

As of about 6 months ago I had 4 pts on my NJ license - not a big deal. Since then I have driven back and forth to South Carolina four times. I have managed to get 3 speeding tickets during this time. I come to find out that even though I have fought these tickets successfully in court and had them reduced to no points - NJ is still giving me 2 pts for each moving violation.

So now looking at my driving record I have 2pts from one ticket in NJ. 2 pts from a moving violation in PA that carried no points (stop sign). Along with 6 fresh pts coming from SC.

My question is first, does anyone have experience with points coming in from other states onto a NJ license? Also does anyone have experience switching their license to another state? I have had friends that have done this in the past and have been rather successful.

I did some research and it seems that New York would be the best state for me move to. They do not issue any points for speeding violations in other states, which is where most of my driving would be done. What do you guys think?

investigate the new points thoroughly..
if the courts reduced the violations to no points.. it should be just that.. no points..
might also want to look into reducing points through drivers ed...
