VA New to Midlothian

Hey everybody. I just moved to Midlothian and wondered if there were any local meets and any autocross or drag strips to take my car to. I would like to get to know some of the local people and find places to go.

How far is Culpeper from Midlothian?
Cool thanks for the links. I saw the vmsc once before but had forgotten about it. Are there any local rx-7 meets up here?

I doubt I'll be able to make it by then but I'm going to try my best. Where I just moved, work schedule isn't the best and I haven't had a chance to get my clutch in yet. I hope I can make it. They do that kind of stuff all year around don't they? Are there any fees with joining vmsc? I know the test and tune is like $40.

$5 more isn't bad at all to run with them. I didn't know if they required you payed a membership or you could do something like you do.

FYI. NASA Midatlantic region use to run alot of autocrosses at VMP. They only ran one so far this year with the next one on 24 October which is their last for the year. Their vision is more towards the road racers than cone chasers nowadays.

there's been a serious lack of interest this year on all sides, I don't think they've been able to get enough people to sign up to make Auto-X viable this year - I blame the economy
