I was curious of the New Hampshire tenant laws here. My roommate who didn't sign a lease, or maybe he did, is really giving me a hassle and might try and evict, basically kick me out. Is this even possible? I thought that 30 days notice had to be given? Even still does this mean I'd have to give him a cent towards rent? Like could I just say I'm not paying cause you won't lay off my back and then find a place in 30 days to move into? I'm really lost here and this kid is really giving me a hassle about some of the stupidest things.
