I would just like to say I am new to the forum, But not the Rx-7 Right now i have a 85 RX-7. It grea condition body wise, But needs a carb rebuild.
Its the car in my AV.
Looking for people to talk to and poss join a club in this Area for RX's

Welcome. The carb rebuild is not all that bad, you just need to remember where everything goes! Manch-Vegas hell here.

Thanks, i was thinking about putting a holley carb into it. It still starts up, but also a clutch issue, goes right to the floor only reason i'm not driving it.

 

Saw the pics, nice car. I don't know that its worth putting a Holley on it. The stocker does not starve the motor nor are you going to get 300hp out of it. Just pick up a rebuild kit and take you time and have a dedicated area for working on it. The clutch could be several different issues.

 

where would u start try bleeding it slave cyl is new mybe the master cyl no clue i might try bleeding it what do u think
