Need s4 Throttle cable in Philly or at Pan Am Nations

Its the last thing I need to finish my swap. Would like to get it from someone locally in the WTB thread I have up or meet up with someone at the Nationals since a lot of people are going and someone has to have an s4 TII throttle cable they want to get rid of.
