need to pick a tuner near md

hey guys i need to find a good place to take my rx to get the power fc tuned. i cant seem to get some of the quirks out of it, like the cold start crap. im looking a peter farrell in fredrick md. or taking her to jason at the rx7 store but thats a haul. any other opinions would be great.

NO do NOT take your car to KD to get tuned. They have blown up numerous engines of a friends car. Take it to ray, he is the man. He is the ONLY tuner i would trust to run what i plan on running

Do yourself a huge favor and take it to PFSupercar. They will take care of you for sure.

2nd Gen, well if you didnt have the PFC I would say RP performance has the most 2nd Gen experience in the area. But RP cant do any tuning , nor do they have a dyno.

Call me "get on the band wagon", but PFS is your best choice. I went to check out the shop last week and Ray has his **** together.

On site dyno, experience with the PFC and a good tuner your set. I didnt see any 2nd gens at the shop but that doesnt mean anyhting. Ray will call you back if he didnt already.

Ray, and what he did to Ernies car is the reason I am going to do yet another project FD. I always get scared to do one because of the lack of resources to get them tuned etc. But after talking to Ray, and seeing Ernies final product, I fear no more. Good luck thursday bro, let us know how it goes.

well i went to the dyno today but never got to make a pull. we decided to put in some 750 primaries which ended up a headache but not biggie. then the #1 trailing coil burned up before we even got it idling right . theres a ground issue somewhere so i left it up there and just asked ray to take care of it for me later cause he had another more pressing project to do and i didnt want to take up any more of his time today as i understand his situation with a previous deadline. so maybe next week. but i will say they were extremely helpful and went wat out of theyre way to help me out today. id surely recommend them to anyone close.

Ray is a nice guy, met him once, and did not talk cars with him. WEIRD! But if I had a rx-7 to be tuned, no matter what, I would go to him first thing.
