need help pricing my 94 RX-7 for sale
Selling 1994 RX-7 - Montego Blue w/ tan interior - 72K miles
has rear seal oil leak - new buyer can try to fix or replace engine....
otherwise very good condition - new turbos, new suspension, and new clutch as of last week...
I've spoken to many experts and dealers and have been told that I can get $14K for it...Looking for opinion from this board...Any thoughts???
thanks,
Jeff

Auto or manual?
Lets assume it is a manual, which makes it more valuable:
-original engine with a rear seal oil leak = big $$ drop
-Montego blue = small $$ drop
-IF the car is not extremely well kept (read: almost no blemishes and beautiful interior) = small $$ drop
If all those bad things are "yes's", then car is probab;y worth $12k. The engine mystery really kills it. A compression test would help solidify it's durability though and may show only an oil leak fix is needed (many FDs leak from the oil PAN..I have not read much about the SEAL)
