Need help finishing my engine install in RI, everythings almost done!!help!!

I already have the engine in and attached to the tranny, this is my first time installing an engine in any car so im not too sure about some things, mainly the wiring and the oil lines, vacuum lines, fuel lines etc

the only things left to install are the wiring , intake manifold/intake, fuel rails, oil lines/omp etc, vacuum hoses, fuel hoses, coolant hoses and a wire that broke on the oil pan needs to be taken off and swapped with my other one( the one that has a big nut/stud with a wire on it)

i dont know much about timing so help with that would be good

there really isnt much else i need to do that i cant do myself, i do want to check the coils for power to make sure they are working before i start cranking the car to start it up... becausae i had to replace the wiring harnesses/ecu because i was told it had no spark/ no power to the coils before , everything has been swapped aside from the harness on the tranny to the front engine bay fusebox

even if someone has an rx7 to go by for reference would be good, my car is a s4 na

help would would be very greatly appreciated and youll have a new rx7 owner to be friends with now that i will finally have my car running

need help asap
