Need body repair help
This is a big request I know, and not the normal method of requesting assistance, but here goes...
A few months ago, I ended up spinning on I264 in Norfolk at about 35ish MPH during a heavy downpour and landed backwards in a jersey wall, shoving the right rear corner inward about 6". I need some help getting it pulled out. I've been trying to put some money aside to get it fixed before inspection is due this month, but I have been unsuccessful.
I'm hoping there's someone out there, that would be willing to help me do some basic repair, so that I can mount a tail light that isn't busted, thus passing inspection. There is some body deformation on the B pillar, but the good news is that there appears no frame damage, just a mangled body panel! I've been inside the back of the car, and underneath it, and it appears that it's only body and bumper damage, which is awesome as far as I'm concerned. I've had estimates from $900-$4000 to fix it, depending on the shop and paint work.
I'm not looking for paint or really a full repair. I just want to mount a new tail light. If you can help, please let me know though PM, and I will send my number and we can discuss what you might be willing to do, and cost, if any.
Thank you for reading this. If this is against forum rules, I apologize.
