Need a 13BT Overhaul in CT,

I am looking for an overhaul of my 13BT engine. It sits on my '87 Turbo II, 170,000 miles on it. No smoke, but it suffers from the dreaded hot start issue. The car is clean as well as the engine. Is there anyone in CT or nearby that does it for a good price vs. just trading in the engine for one overhauled already through Mazdatrix? Thanks.
