With these temps I can't wait to see the times. Good luck man, I think for the third time after seeing what you have done I am going to get another FD. Damn you Ernie, you cost me LOTS of money This time maybe I will be able to get it tuned and everything I will just wait til you are tired of this turbo set up and get yours, so maybe in a month or so

It was about 30 degree's tonight and NOBODY was hooking up. My best 60' was a 1.69 and every time I went into 3rd gear the car would break loose and almost hit the wall all three passes with the last pass being the most out of control. At the top of 3rd gear it broke loose and I was inches from the wall. I saved by total luck. When that happened, my *** puckered up so tight you could have made a pearl! I was done after that. Pulled her on the trailor. Could have been a combo of a few different things. The main being it was cold as a witches tit. Second I think I may be over powering the stock diff. (don't have the Kazz in yet) because every time I broke loose, the car would shoot right. No biggie though, I'll get my cage and have Ray put the Kazz in and tune for pump gas. Come spring time, my *** will be ready!

Wow i was at cecil county earlier and got to see your car.Your car is one of the cleanest looking RX7's i have ever seen. What was your quickest 1/4 mile time?If i remember it was 11.1?Your car sounded good, especially when you were doing the burnout. What were you revving you car too? That white supra you went up against that went 10.2 also sounded like it was running good.

lol, here I thought I was the only one having issues hitting 3rd in the cold, Seems under 40 deg the middle of the track doesn’t hold enough heat to hook up. Glad you held it together. Btw you running shinnies up front?

I havn't been that damn scared since I was a kid! Yes I have brand new Weld Aluma stars up front. 15x4" and stock wheels with ET streets in the back. I didn't want to grind the caliper and nut to the toe link to fit wheels back there.
I also think it has to do with the stock torsen rear. Its not designed for 600+rwhp and when I hit full boost, it may be overpowering one side over the other. So Kazz is goin in this week. And I'll make an appt. for my cage now too. Come spring, my *** will be ready.

Hey ErnieT I see that you decided not to grind the caliper and nut to the toe link to fit the wheels. Eventually I want to do this to my car but will grinding the caliper pass inspection when going to the track?????
I would like to race in some events but am concerned that doing this will restrict me from racing.. Do you have any info about this??
