I was just wondering what would happen if there wasn't enough people to sign up, like if only 25 signed up, would that still be enough to cover the rental and was wondering if we would get refunded right away or would they postpone the date to get more people to meet the quota, I never said anything about it costing too much or else I wouldn't have even signed up smart ***
That and if it wouldn't happen I was merely mentioning another track rental for anyone interested if this one didn't happen.

 

Thanks Dave I was only asking because I didn't know if you were going to hold the deposits and try and postpone the date for a later one to see if you can make the quota for the rental, which would be cool, but thats all I was interested in. Wasn't complaining about it costing too much

I briefly spoke to Raymond today to see if he was interested in partial sponsorship. He didnt say one way or the other. We both thought it would be a good idea though to postpone the date and see about a possible price drop to get more interest. I have to see what other dates are available to us and do some math. At this point I'm going to bet that the 14th is not going to happen. Let me work on this and see what else can be done to make the Fall Brawl a reality.

Kevin we are not cancelled. We are optimistically hoping to get enough money raised to pay for the track rental before the 1st of September. However since we are still a long way off we are most likely going to have postpone for a later date and drop the entry fee some if we dont meet the September 1st deadline. Like I said if you plan on racing then sign up.

 

This is a chance for the NE guys to put there money where there mouth is and a big SHOCKER no one wants to bring what they sing>

Announcement: Right now we are postponing the date for late October. The exact date to yet be determined. Those attendees who have already paid the full $175 will either be competing against each other for a purse or I will refund $75. What would you all prefer?
