if all goes well, my car should be back on the road by the end of next week. I'll bring the ol' beater down next tuesday if my HW doesn't kill me like it did yesterday.

Hahaha I think that was the guy who's car I fixed. Was it just the fender/bumper/hood that was primered? the rest of the car was white...

I'm telling you all. I swear I'm going to create a petition to have everyone in MD take another required driving exam again when you reach 40-50-60 years old. Just because you have a Benz and you're old(er) and "I've been driving for as along as you been alive.." doesn't give you the right to drive like a jackass. Cutting people off just to showoff is lame. He could have just moved over to the slow lane and sped away. The slow lane had 0 cars. No, he decides to tailgate the person in his lane and come right into my lane. I don't think he even used his blinker. I don't drive mad anymore, I used to, it's not worth the extra blood pressure points. Because then he'll get mad and pull the e-brake and I'll go head first into his car and it'll now be all my fault.
It was nice. Anthony had the fast lane and I had one of the middle lanes. We're cruising down 95 at about 70-75. We made a couple people go around us. I remember I saw a pickup truck behind anthony and then I guess he didn't feel like waiting so he had to slide to the right 3 lanes to go around both of us. Hey, we're not doing anything wrong. Speed limit is 65 and we're both doing 70-75 so... If we take up all the lanes, that's going to need some planning. It's do-able. Everyone will need a co-pilot with a walkie-talkie, probably 2 camera vehicles. Shouldn't be hard to do. I can borrow my friend's digital camera. It'll be ideal if we get each generation in each lane. That would be, as tenacious would say, "car oil on a girl HAWT".

Even so, I have a hard time resisting locking up my breaks when a benz is an inch from my bumper.
They are VERY lucky I like my car, if I ever on the moment decide I want a new one. . .
. . . I will consider the payments they make on my new Nissan Titan (Or Toyota Tundra, I'll let them decide.) adiquate payment for the valuable lesson about driving I have decided to bestow on them.

get a beater '83 toyota tercel hatchback....its a TANK. easily stave off most accidents with its solid steel body and MEGA reinforced rubber bumper. it would take tofuballs old 66 mustang to finally total it in an accident.

we used to have one, and i have proof that old Toyotas last forever. my dad sold it to his coworker's daughter for college.
a year and a half later, she hadn't put oil in it, and it still ran(problematically, but still ran). it finally just...stopped...one day, and she didn't know why. when they took the car in they were surprised it ran for that long.

Sometimes people say my drivings too aggresive. I just consider myself to be an active driver. Far to many people hop on the road and float along like there on a river
boat, wich is fine if your cruisn' the highway or on a long trip. But there's a difference between cruisn' and impeding the flow of traffic. I've considered many times putting a big sticker that says SLOWER TRAFFIC MOVE TO THE RIGHT. You never know what's going on in the car next to or behind you to stay in there way.
Vengence/Aggresive driving is dangerous.Decision making of any kind( espetially when it involves a two ton vehical at 65) when your not clear-headed can be ummm well, risky.
Oh yeah, sorry about the owned pic. I just could'nt resist

Tenacious-This is what I meant by taking off the front bumper to not damage it
and keeping it attached by zip ties to make the removal process that much easier.
Replacing bumpers can get expensive. Especially if its a nicely painted one.

Kaido Battle 2: Chain Reaction. 2nd game. Obviously the first game was called Kaido Battle.
Unfortunately, 1 or 2 will never reach US shores because Sammy has the rights to release the game in the US and their official U.S. North America response (from about a year ago) was something along the lines of "We (Sammy) feel that 'drifting' and these types of simulation games won't be popular or well received in the US market and therefore won't be releasing it in the US"

Crave has the rights to the Tokyo Extreme Racer / Highway battle series. Car races late at night and you can modify your car and do all sorts of tuning? Crave has my hard earned 14.99$ for the first one AND another 19.99$ for the 3rd one. The game doesn't have a "cool" storyline and most of the driver descriptions are pretty lame but hey .. TXR got some sort of award for best car AI ever programmed.

On a totally different subject, the place that painted my car is selling a FC (NA .. 86-87?). The car belonged to the brother-in-law of the owners. Non-smoker. The outside paint is pretty faded but the inside is good. Brown with maroon interior. Rear seats. The motor runs and doesn't smoke. It's MD emmissions legal - the cats have all been replaced. New alternator and I think air pump .. Some pump I can't remember. Wires, new plugs, new plug wires. Idle is perfect. It'll pass inspection without a problem. There's no body damage besides the paint. Even the interior triangle pieces, dash vents and center surround is intact. They're asking for 1k for it. You can probably talk them down after you go see it.
Or you can pay a little more than 1k and probably get it resprayed. I remember him saying that he was going to respray the car jet black before he was going to sell it but I guess they just want it gone. I talked the shop today and they said that if no one buys it, they're going to junk it. Their daughter is too young to drive and they have enough cars. Would be ashame to see it get destroyed.
