Manifold fabricator in the NE (looking for one)

Does anybody know of a good exhaust manifold fabricator in the NE? I have the collector, tubing and flanges. The two biggest challenges to the project are the lack of space for the runners and a notch will have to be taken out of the frame rail to make the turbo fit.

I'd imagine Mitch Piper of Piper Motorsports (former fabricator and engine builder for PFS) would be able to do it... www.pipermotorsports.com. He builds race cars from the tube chassis up and his work is top notch so...

Thanks for the suggestions guys -especially Mitch Piper. Since he fabricated a 20b fd with a similar layout he has a leg up over almost everyone else. The main thing stopping my 20b project from getting on the road is the exhaust manifold. The guy I am using is very very good, but he supports a lot of Porsche race cars and is getting bogged down doing mid season repair work. If he can't find time to do the manifold in the next few weeks I am going to explore other options.
