Any idea what Rayco and Mufflex charge per bend? If it matters, its a 3" pipe.

rayco, to the best of my knowledge, does not mandrel bend 3". they do crush bending, which will leave kinks.

I too have gone to Muffflex. They cant do 2 3/4 in but 3 is fine. I had them do my turbo eclipse and did a great job. On the 7 there was a big mixup on what work I wanted and it cost me an extra 500 I didnt want to spend. Anyway explain exactly what you want and they will do a great job. leave no room for error or else you will end up with an all 304 stainless and TIG welded instead of aluminized and MIG welded. 500 dollar difference. Otherwise pretty good welders.
