Come on Dwayne, registration, insurance, inspection, drivers license up to date etc... are all in tack, that's a must, but once the fat bastard sees how modified some of the cars are, he can tow them sh*ts away for good if he wants to...

All I'm sayng is that lately, they are being more and more impulsive and waiting for you to make the slightest mistake to tow your car away.

I for myself am afraid, if they towed my car, I'll never get it back for sure, and than I'll have to ... someone,,, lol...

Having the FD "bone stock" is a good thing, ... a great thing, for may reasons, especialy in this case, and that's why is alot easyer for you to say that they can't make you stop from coming to KOHLS,,, that's all...

Well there is really alot more to just towing a car away for just having mods...
Parts of the state of NY. do not require emissions inspection... For example; You can have a NOS tank in your car visible, as long as it is not connected... You really have to know the law inorder so you can know the polices limits....

True...... They are becoming more and more desperate because there is only so much they can safely do... They know that almost all the cars that go to KOHLS are modded.... Yet they can only give out speeding tickets.....

Officer Branch is liable to be slapped for misconduct by the department if you file a complaint against him for profiling, threatening, and slandering you.... Look in to it...

Having a "bone stock" FD has it's goods and it's bads, But.... These are not my reasons for defending our rights to congragate at KOHLS....

First off I own a house in Yonkers and have every right to be there...

Second, KOHLS is a store open to the public and we are protected by them to be in there parking lot as potential customers...

Third, We as Americans have rights...

Forth, A good percentage of the people in the parking lot have parents or family members who are Judges, Lawyers, Doctors, member of the Press (me), Police officers, Hit men and other influencial contacts, That the local Police do not want to tangle with..... Remember this is westchester county, home of New Yorks many rich and powerful....

Fifth and final. CHINOO is our fellow friend, brother in rotaries, member of RX7Club.com, attendee to our 300 car meet at KOHLS and last but not least a NEW YORK CITY POLICE OFFICER!................... RESPECT!!!!

Hey, is the gas craze affecting the turn out??? Was anyone out there last week?

 

I heard people are meeting at home depot in new rochelle off boston post rd... Also on friday-saturdays at k-mart on white plains rd in the bronx.. Yonkers is just too hot and not worth the trip to get harassed when we decide to leave the lot.. Now with the new law for cops to be the judge of loud exhuast, tickets will be giving more often. As it is I've gotten enough tickets just for cops being ******&dicks, having nothing else better to do up there.. Plus noone runs.. Better off going to NJ on the friday-saturday..
