I'm possibly moving to the pittsburgh area soon. I have no cat/pre cat or air pump. I assume there is an inspection. What do folks do with that problem??? I searched but nothing recent... Thanks for the help.

There is not only an inspection but emissions too. So if you cant find someone to pass it for you ... better buy some cats
