im new

hey im from northeastern CT , finaly got a 7 its 87 na with 110k
any suggetions of what not to do before i mess something up
i also need a tranny is there any difference between s4 and s5 na trannys, don't wanna buy a s5 and have it not fit

If you want to learn a lot and get a few posts, try out the 2nd gen section. Use the faq, search for more information, and only create threads when your question still isn't answered. Feel free to find a similar old thread and add a question to it.

I don't think posts count in the classifieds or lounge.

Welcome. I think that swap is pretty straight forward and I do think posts in the classifieds count toward your post count. Posts in the lounge definitely do not count.

yeah, the harnesses are totally different. you will have to switch out a lot of things but it is easily doable with a lot of commitment and the right tools and time.

yep 87 base model, just got my 5speed and brakes all set
search lol yeah i use it
im going thru the faqs here when i have time
are there any good sites for aftermarket parts/jdm stuff

im just looking to learn all i can about rx7s in fastest ways possible, unfortunatly getting useful information from forums takes a lot of time

Oem stuff-junk yards is your best friend!
or new oem stuff mazdatrix has it all.
You can deals like a bitch on ebay also
