VA The I'm getting bored, who wants to go Karting thread
Just as the title says, lets get together and go Karting. First event will be at AllsportsGP. They have a 2 for 1 deal for January, $24.50 for the first two 8 min sessions (non-member). Also, they accept SPK memberships as their own for additional discounts.

The date is TBD but will be either Jan 20 @ 7pm or Jan 21 @ 4pm. Please respond if you are interested and which day(s) you are available for. I will tally them at the end of the week and the day with the most votes gets it.

I'm already going to a friend of mine's birthday there on the 22nd... I'm not sure I'll be able to swing twice in 1 weekend with the misses...

Unfortunately I will be busy on the last weekend in Jan and I think this weekend is too soon to coordinate people. So that only leaves us with Jan20-22 weekend to hit the 2 for 1 deal.

we have a meeting with a realtor this week to talk about selling our house and moving, so won't know what my weekends will be like until then....and I have the car put back together for this upcoming season so I will need as many weekends as possible to get it done

Not sure yet: Either of Howard county or Anne Arundel County. Somewhere that has more of neighborhood feel with better schools (wife wants to have kids soon).

Yeah, not going to VA, I work in Laurel and the wife is in Baltimore. We are looking to stay south of Columbia.

But back to karting...if I go, my vote is for the 21st.

I still think Maryland is the worst place in the United States next to California.

Alrighty, well it is about time to call this thing so we can all add it to our calenders. The date is set as Friday night at 7pm. Feel free to show up early and watch some races. We are going to start signing up for our runs at 7:00.

It is going to be cold and they've already put some salt down so bringing your 7 is optional, but always encouraged
