I may be moving to Virginia..
I live in California right now I was wondering what the RX7 scene is like in Virginia and if there are any shops out there that do good work? I would be moving to Arlington if I did.
Do it!!! I want to see your car in person. I live about 30 mins away from Arlington, VA. The only shop I can think of is PF Supercars in Maryland (I believe thats where they are at least) and RP Performance was here, but I heard they moved shop to West Virginia. Im sure there are plenty others but its kinda late so that's all I can think of.
Virginia
I live in Abingdon Not many RX-7's around here. But the ones that i know of are nice. I do all of my own work on my friends 1987 GXL and my 1989 GXL Both cars have rebuilt engines from Kevin Landers Local Morristown TN engine builder. We hope to get an FD soon

Theres a great rx7 crowd in VA (especially northern VA) which is where you would be moving to. We have weekly get togethers which can be seen here:

and as namasan has mentioned there are a couple great road courses as well in VA! Either way I think you will enjoy what Northern VA has to offer...

sounds cool If I do move I'm looking forward to meeting you all. The trickiest part will be driving my car out there not the most ideal thing to drive a race car cross country.
