I think his attendance depends on me, since he wants to get a ride there... lol

If I can get the 240SX fixed with Pele today, then I can take you with me...

I will be there RX-7 less, but there none the less.

I'm working the course Saturday for NASA and will be doing some crewing on my roommates Merkeur in between times for the drift event.

Yea, I was thinking of HyperFest this morning. On my way into work, I stepped into a big ole pile of 240SX.

All this American dorifto action going on, some crazy 240SX I tell you, some crazy 240SX.

the show goes on, rain or shine. I'm leaving Richmond about 5pm today, hoping that I-95 isn't backed up too bad around Fredericksburg.

Pretty decent event, hotter than hell during the day though. Have a few pics I'll try to post somewhere tomorrow.

Either way I will be there and so will a black 85 RX-7 covered with rhino liner that my friend has.

I have a few pics of you on the track... wasn't sure if you were a member or not and wasn't sure how you'd take to someone aproaching you. Nice looking car, though it seemed to "float" off of bumps. What do you have done to your suspension?

i was there. saw your rotor vs. piston and Lt. Dan.

The 7 can't lose.

That Yellow FD destroyed everycar there. The tuned porsches and Bimmers could'nt hang with it.. I met the guy and he's a forum member. I forgot his forum name. Nice guy though. We camped in the racers section, next to some ITR(integratypreARRRRRR!!!pirateracing). He was cool though and his ITR was non rice. I like that place. Its all buisness there.

Pele, Rousuke, EAGE8, and I were all posted up in the driver's camp area behind the paddock...

Sorry to all that may have tried to call me up, I always forget to bring my charger and my cell always dies after the first day...

That's okay. I'm the asshat that ran around part of the night, probably waking everyone else up, cutting down firewood with a cordless sawzall.

Ya gotta be prepared. I don't think Mike brought a hatchet. We woulda been fucked if I hadn'ta thought ahead. I should bring wood cutting blades next time instead of sheet metal ones.

Camping in general was awesome. Must do it again sometime.

I forgot about Hyperfest this year. I could have brought all the firewood and lit up the campgrounds..

The Yellow FD was Fritz Flynn. Used to be Brad Barbers Killer Bee. T78 Single, stripped bare.
And Fritz drives like a "maniac."

I was there on saturday but didn't stay too long. Too hot for my son who tagged along.
A friend and I parked in the "show" area by accident. Two single turbo FD's: mine Red, my friends Green.

A neat spectacle and not nearly as "ricey" as the first hyperfest I attended a few years ago.

Regards,
Crispy

Side note: on my way back from summit point saturday night about two miles from the track two guys in an Alfa 'vert "parked" the car down a ditch and into a tree. They were okay, standing on the other side of the road noticeable anoyed and already had someone coming to get them. This was on a straight part of the road, so how they did it has to be a good story.

Hey,
Great post the pics up here.
I have Racing Beat Springs all the way around with tockico illuminas on all four corners as well. The front driver shock is blown though. It also has poly bushings on the front of the car.

The custom body damage is due to my younger brother rearending a jeep the first time I loaned the car to him.

I have to say that this year wasnt as fun as last for me because of the amount of people in each heat. And due to the fact that the integra wouldnt let me around him causing back ups behind me as well.
