How About A Ballpark Price On This '86

First, let me say that I’m not interested in the car as I have an '89TII that I purchased new, but a friend of mine hooked me up with a fellow that has an '86 that's been in a garage for years.
Took a ride to Belmar to see the car:

Original owner-95,000 miles
Original exhaust-looks in good shape except for the rusted chrome tips but couldn’t look at the Y pipe/converters forward
Sunroof-2 rust holes completely through the surface
Owner said it needs a clutch
Maroon velour interior, pretty good shape. Only problem was on the side of driver's seat, seam separated
5 lug
Vinyl covering off both outside window sills and have rusted
Paint dull, dent in hood, rest looked OK-Color a tan/beige-Sorry don't know the exact color and never looked at the paint code.
Small OE rear black spoiler
Tires shot, at least the 2 rear were completely gone on the inside
Aftermarket radio
Crank windows
Tried to turn the engine over by hand, wouldn't budge. Naturally dead battery, so tried a battery pack that may have been weak, lights came on no starter action.

What’s a good price? He mentioned $700, but in my opinion I think that’s high, but maybe I’m expecting too much. I mentioned I would post it on the Forum to see what the consensus might be.
TIA

If it's rust free, it might be worth it.

What are your plans?
Part out? Get it running for a Daily Driver? Build it up?

i'm not interested in it at all. I have a '89TII I purchased new in excellent condition and also a '91 TII rolling chassis complete, just minus engine/trans, so no more for me.
