Thumbs down help with speeding ticket in south jersey

Well it was inevitable... got my first speeding ticket. got caught doing 55 in a 35. Ive had people telling me if i go to court i can get it knocked down but i figured some other 7 owners would be the experts ive gotten letters from 30 lawyers wanting to represent me, so my question is do i really need a lawyer? can i go to court myself and plea it down to a lesser charge?

thanks

Yep... You don't stand a chance without one. Any good lawer will clear your record and drop it down to some small bs fine (no seatbelt, burntout headlight, etc.). I've gotten out of 4 tickets now and still have a clean record (one of the tickets being 95 in a 35).

The $$ spent on the lawyer will be much less than the 3 year insurance hike that you'll get otherwise .
