Like I said, it sounded like he wanted the milestone(30k, 60k, 90k) pm stuff done. But he says he's got 150k on the car, about 90k on this engine. He's gonna need major work soon. And I doubt he's gotten any of the reliablity mods done. I think he really needs to have his car thoroughly checked out. From vac lines to turbos. When/if you see the car, I'd like to poke my head into it too. Never seen and FD with so many miles. He drives alot back and forth from TX.

By the way , Im looking into getting another project , its a 90 GTU with the 13 BRE Cosmo motor in it , it has a bridge port and has upgrated injectors .

any comments would be apreciated

seems like the maddies car isnt getting gas.
there was a lot of spliter valves in the under part of the car.....and they where in bad shape so i removed them and the fuel is moving good to the carb now .at the carb the tubs are completely empty i need to buy more gas cause its near empty.....so that might be the case also. i checked the spark plugs there fine.
so in short need to buy more gas and go from there.

LOL, I'm not mad at you, just been too busy.

 

Well, that explains it. Thought fuel pressure was not right (at the carb). Get one of those clear palstic fuel filters and put it near the carb while you are testing. That makes it easy to be sure when you get it fixed. BUTTTTT Don't leave those things there other than for testing. They fail all the time and leak and stuff, so I don't trust them in an under pressure situation.

ok guys > i feel like I went to school tonight ??? After talking with Jerry I remembered a guy in the Buckroo area whoi was selling a 90 Fc with a bad motor , he wanted 1200 for it and Jerry said it was to much , and then a few days later I said the same thing . Just found out that this is the car Phooka was parting out , DAMN how did he get that car so damn cheap.
Hats off to you Pooka . Then I just found a post from Nickyroo wh o lives here in Newport News and always has some great deals . But Ive never seen or met this guy . Im supose to know everyone THIS IS MY TOWN , ok maybe when i was younger , ahhaahha does anyone know this guy , if so ask him to get ahold of me

Those rims were usually for non-US market. They are 4x110mm bolt pattern so they fit the 12A First gens. They were usually delivered with/on some of the early RX sedans. You can find them on occasion on ebay. They are too small of a size for anything but a first gen.

 

This is Nick's car, he comes out to the events sometimes. In fact I am pretty sure he was at AIK one of the times you were there.

 

Nick's car makes me have a cargasm every time I see it.
