Why not just get a rebuild kit and do it yourself? Or find someone local who is reputible. You could have that thing running by this weekend, instead of it sitting in a box.
Oh, and the latest weather update is saying scattered showers in the morning and sun in the afternoon. Should end up being nice for the BBQ.

there is a guy right in Bellmore who rebuilds carbs, he has been doing it for years.
The last person I know who sent his 1st gen carb to some well known carb rebuilder on the east coast has nothing good to report of it, complete waste of his money

im not washing the car, my theory is that I will jink it if I prepare, if I just wake up tomoroww and decide to head out the weather will stay clear.
If I clean and prep and get it ready it will rain for sure.
