Yeah I thought the same thing, who cares how many posts he has. Obviously he didn't build the car, he bought it like that.... Not like that really matters. Hopefully you get it back though, that thing looks like it's a beast on the track.

That sucks. I hope they find it and the thieves. a friend sent me am email about this car, it was also posted on another forum.

 

This post is all over the place on all sorts of forums, a friend of mine sent me it on facebook when it was posted on B20 and everyone was sympathizing over it. Definitely will keep my eyes and ears open, and like somebody said it'll be really obvious if somebody tries and sells parts.

Any way to get a partial or full parts list? I always have people telling me that they have parts for my car so I'll be able to tell right off the bat

 

My personal opinion, this car is sitting some where stored locally.. people don't just steal cars and drive long ways. If i where the owner of this car i would search every friends house/garages and every local rotary shop available.

 

i saws this posted on craigslist with pictures, it was stolen while inside his trailer he said.

 

my original thought was that the trailer was the target, the car too special to hide and maybe just a case of happening to be in that trailer at the time of its theft.

The owner only had the car a few days and it came from very, very far away.

 

Hate to say, but it's probably long gone if it hasn't been located by now. My uncle had his Ferrari (!) stolen middle of the day in manhattan. GONE.

I'm sure they grabbed it and threw it on a boat, or in a random warehouse waiting to be thrown on a boat.

 

That's why whomever owned it should call customs before it can leave the country you know

 

My father just gave me a newspaper ad about this so i searched and found the thread, sorry to hear it. I cant believe this hasnt turned up somewhere yet. Best of luck to the owner.

sucks to say but where ever it is it wont be in the open for one of us to find.

 

I would call some shipping yards if i were you . you have to be crazy to bring that car to a track or show . if your the thief . and like mobeoner said its probly stored away .
