Just wanted to let any women who actually browse this forum (i know there are few) that my combat hapkido instructor is hosting a free womens self defense seminar on saturday July 30th between 1-2:30 pm

he is a 4th dan black belt in tae kwon do, jui jitsu, hapkido and combat hapkido. has been flown all over the country to train swat and special forces teams.... in other words really knows his ****...

his school is located in cherry hill, nj
