I just wanted to let everyone know that October 21,22,23 will be "Fundays" or Open-track at Nelson Ledges Road Course, its a 2 mile natural road course if you have not heard of it. Gates open at 8:30 am and track is green from 10-4pm with an hour lunch. All you need is a car, helmet and long pants. its $120 a driver and $5 for anyone else kids under 12 are free. these are the last 3 days with exception to november, which can be cold. Im a worker there and just wanted to see some rotory's or other cars enjoying the track. the address is 10342 St. Rt. 305 Garrettsville, Ohio. the number for the track is 1-440-548-8551. I really hope to see some people coming out to have fun before the terrible Ohio weather gets us .

No SCCA or similar license needed?

Are the cars divided into different groups based on speed and driver experience, or is it a complete "free for all" for all 6 hours?

 

no scca license this is for fun, although you do need a drivers license, yes if we get a big group it is devided, there have never been any problems with such things though, unless someone brings an openwheel and bring your friends... any car (in drivable condition) is welcome, we have had meurcury station wagons show up, an unfortuantly end up being faster than an M3
