out of sheer curiousity, are you getting them lapped because of the slight grooves, or for better break-in?
As for lapping, the only places I know of are out in Cali. Sorry I couldn't help.

I had a bad experience with a local machine shop. They told me they had done it before and I figured why not, what a mistake! They left the cut patern edged right on the thrust surface of the center iron. I tried looking for another shop to fix their **** up but they cut the housing out of spec and the other shop I found that had done lapping before would not touch them. theyre called tripple A machine shop in the Bronx. I havent had them do any work for me but they did know about rotaries. If I was you I'd just go find a local rotary shop and ask who they use for their "own" engines and go through them.

I got seriously screwed on that! the first machine shop was the one my former employer used, so I caused a big problem since i refused to pay for them ******* up my housing(it had a helluva street port that i wanted to reuse at all costs!)
