Elm City Imports will give us a response by Friday all others are yet to be determined.
This is an opportunity to get to know each other more, brainstorm up coming and future events.
Please respond to this thread so we can make the appropriate reservations.

Five more days till Sunday, you guys are killing me. Even most of our members never RSVP, but at least they show up, hehehe
Swap meet looks like April we will have a meeting during our bowling meet to finalize it or another event, but I believe they want a swap meet ASAP as well. Anyone is welcome to attend the event, bowling, swap meet, etc.
By the way did I mention the bowling alley has a full bar
I know my cousins happy!

I am actually putting together an all Japanese car and motorcycle show at the Museum of Transportation in Brookline Ma for Aug 16th. I am putting together and official invite for your club and the Team Toyminator guys down in Jersey. Would love if you would consider this when planning the date for your august show. We have Japanese Nostalgic Car on board for a sponsorship and Sapporo Beer and are looking for a few more. Last year was our biggest turn out yet but we are campaining for a much bigger old school turnout this year.
Sorry if this is a threadjack at all, I will edit if need be, and I will certainly come down for a few of your meets as well!

Thanks for the invite. I'll mention it to the guys at our next meet and get a headcount. The OSTC hold their annual car show around that same date and The VMRC likes to show our support to our fellow old schoolers. If for some reason the date don't conflic with one another I don't see any problem with The VMRC attending your show but as I mentioned before I'll talk to the guys and see. Thanks again for including us for this event.
Sounds good. Come on down. There will be lots of parts to be bought. I'll have a few rx2 and rx3 parts and some of the guys will be selling rx7 parts. If you have something to barter with bring it down too.

This event turned out better than I expected. We all had a blast! Bowling was a first for the majority of the group the rest it was years ago.
Big thanks to the car clubs who came and participated, Red (president) of Elm City Imports of New Haven and Fe (president) of the Old School Toyota Club of Bridgeport.
We brainstormed on a couple of new events that sound very promising and we talked about how we can improve our yearly events. VMRC thanks you for your continued efforts in keeping the lines of communications open.
Overall, the future of our (VMRC, ECI, OSTC) events seems very promising and I am very pleased with the results of this event. As I said, we had a great time at this event and it was without our cars. Our bond as a car club became stronger as well as our relationship with ECI and OSTC.

Due to overwhelming demand we are having our PARTS MEET in April.
For those that are looking for specific parts please list your needs in this thread.
We have people like chiquirx7 with a tremendous stock of rx7 parts and he cannot haul every single part to the meet. So to make it easier I recommend posting your wants.
Thanks
