Alright so I know allot of locals are also setting up a car cruise on this day as well. The meeting is at 2 pm Im not sure if anyone would be willing to join this cruise.
It's about 30 minutes north of bear mountain it wil be most lilkly alot of hondas some subies a few audis and some american muscle, lol. Should be about 25 oe more cars.
The plan is to cruise down some windy backroads to a buhdist monestary ( spelling ) to take pics and chill out there for a while. Really nice place for shots real JDM.. LOL and then from there to a DAM to take more pics. If anyone is interested you can follow me up as well as i will show you the way back to the parkway after. We would have to leave bearmountain around 1:15 to make it up there in time to meet everyone.
Anyways Ill bring some chips and what not to the meet. If we know for sure someone will be bringing a grill I can bring some doggies or something Maybe some beer???
LMK
thanks
Adam

I HAVE FOUND THAT JASON'S ORIGINAL ROUTE IS THE ESAIEST AND FASTEST FROM LONG ISLAND/QUEENS
cross island to triborough bridge, jump on fdr north to gw bridge and exit onto palasades parkway north to bear mountain.
i know some of you cringe at the thought of driving through manhattan, but trust me its not bad. once you get off the triborough you drive literally 1.5 blocks in manhattan to get on the fdr and from there its all highway driving with not too much bumps/potholes.
the alternative is the cross bronx espressway which i REFUSE to drive on because of the huge potholes and traffic. no matter what time of day it is the cross bronx is a parking lot.
ok, theres a home depot parking lot on hempstead turnpike in elmont L.I. that i think would be a good meeting spot. its like 3 mins from the cross island and its got plenty parking. any one up for meeting there?
