Rotary shops in NYC

Not everybody has had a bad experience I know a few that were ok with Romeo & others with Tony. Im not sure what it is maybe they just single out people that they can milk for money in these shops but in order for most of the people to get work done at these shops I'd say be there 24/7. There's another guy who builds rotaries for 1/4 mile racing but not sure where in qns he is went there once he works out of his garage & all i know is that the van wyck expswy was like 2 blocks away from his house. He's good but he does charge quite a bit. Also most of those shops arent gonna build you some really powerful motors they want to keep the upper hand so dont expect to race against there peeps & have an equal chance My boys who build motors came from PR & are in NYC now have met with most of these guys and they have told them they dont build motors for anyone that have more perf than there cars so no matter how much you pay these shops your not gonna be more powerful than what they have no matter how many perf. parts you brought over
