Anyone here work at Mazda Local (NJ_North) or know at Wayne Mazda?

Hey guys I need my 6 to go to the dealer to get the keys reprogarm, apprently it look like a I last code, the car will start and then die.

if im understanding this correctly your saying with your keys you can start the car but it then dies out.

if so then its not the key FOB, theres something wrong with the car, if it were that the keys lost the cars code, the engine wouldnt even crank and the red security light would flash

Someone told me at one of the dealerships, you can get a discount if you order online but not if you order at the dealership. After you order online, you pick up the part at the dealership. Is there any truth to do this? I think I may ask the guy who told me about this later.

Wrong, my g/f has a 07 vw rabbit. One key is a regular key she uses. The other one is a valet key and can only start the car then it dies. She needs a reprogram too but we dont really care. Her mothers Pontiac grand am does the samething too.
