THIS MEET IS RAIN OR SHINE!!!!
I've secured us a location in the building we normally reserve for parties/conferences. So if it's raining or too cold we can just hangout there. It's right above the retail area andright behind the glass in front of the building so we'll be able to see most of the cars.
Bring your own chairs though
