How far is Aston from Pittsburgh? It's possible I'll still be working in this area in Mid-October...

ok, its to small of a town to put in the atlas, so sounds like fun to go rotary screaming down the streets there, and mapquest said 109mi.1hr 57min so it will take us 1hr 20mins i'm in!

and shinka, i need tow hooks for my axles on the dyno because can't get too stock hooks besause of body kit if you can make that happen please! and what kind of dyno is it?

Hey Gspec....
you need to pre- register to get the discount...if we find out that you cant dyno your car cuz of the tow hook situation then i'll refund your money the day of the show...

Holy ****! I could walk to Evolution from my house. I very rarely see RX-7's in this area... I can't wait. I will most likely have both my cars up there (restored '79 show car, '89 DD). shinka, I see you also live in Aston. What do you drive?

No, I didn't know there was one.

I'm thinking of a different RX-8 then. Some kid that goes to Sun Valley (I think) crashed an Evo on Brookhaven road and Edgemont ave going almost 110 mph. It doesn't make much sense to buy a rwd car when you can't handle an awd one, but whatever, it's his life. I don't know a whole lot about the 8's, but this one has a roof spoiler as well as one on the trunk, so I'm guessing maybe it's a sport model or something.

If I can get ahold of the guy thats supposed to be tuning my car within the next week, I'll be there... no reason to run an untuned car on the dyno...

Any other NYers going? Maybe we can meet up and head down? Hell, I'd even like to meet up w/ some NJ peeps...
