This car is a BMW North America vehicle not an American model. The odometer reads in kilometers but the speedometer reads in miles per hour. It is exempt from emissions testing and has a safety inspection good until May 08.

There have been a couple of cosmetic upgrades performed on this car. It looks identical to a 330is model BMW.

M Sport 17 inch wheels, the tires have less than 5,000 miles on them.
330is model rear exhaust tips.
330is model rear tail lamps and front side markers.
Alpine CD Player with an orange display that matches the BMW gauges.

Issues:
Slow sunroof.
The rubber at the bottom of the windshield is cracking from a cleaner I used. It dried out the rubber. I have an estimate for $150 to replace it at a bodyshop.
Small stain on rear seat leather.
Engine surges at idle when cold.
