I've read back and forth that you can just get new housings or side housings from Mazda vs. resurfacing anything. Does Mazda have a site that you can order from? Or where do people normal get new housings?

Parts department at your local dealer should be able to get them for you, like anything else. I bought mine through Atkins.

Mazda has a racer support system where you get parts basically at cost and shipped directly to you. You can even order parts out of Japan.

Mazdaspeed/Mazdacomp

https://www.mazdamotorsports.com/

Mazda does not support "normal people" in this way, but just two races a year in a sanctioned organization (like SCCA autocross) and you can get their racer sponsorship.

You don't have to win, you just have to get out there and race a Mazda.
