quick question on bridgeport

i just bought a bridgeported motor with 5000 miles on it. for now can i run it with my stock ecu ?

3. if its an fc, why do you think the ecu that isnt mapped well for a stock engine will run something thats way way off stock?

I ran an FC on stock ecu. and stock air flow meter.. car kicked ***. I have some you tube videos..
