quick question

i just got my exhaust done which consists of the rb 3 id presilencer 2.5 rb universal muffler and some random 2 1/4 resonator with 2 1/4 piping and no cats and a 12a header modded to fit a 13b, be for that i had stock everything except that my y pipe was broken and and was missing a muffler... no my question is 2 1/4 piping to restricted?? before my car would idle at about 13.5 afr now it idles at 11 11.5 so could this mean that my exhaust is more restrictive then before??? i have recalibrate my wideband as well but it hasnt been that long ago that i calibrated anyway, also most of the the low and midrange rpm its running richer then before, high rpm is about normal.... the weird part is that the car does feel somewhat faster but im not sure if its my imagination and since the car is alot quieter and smoother sounding

i hope this all makes sense, thanks for ur time

if i read your post correctly, then what you're seeing is normal. i'm sure other opinions/information will follow.

I have actually been considering a very similar exhaust setup. Any chance you could post a video or soundclip of the exhaust? Or at least a nice description and some info on how much power power you feel you've gained and in what part of the powerband? (seat of the pants info is ok with me). About how loud is it at idle? Under acceleration?

Sorry for all the questions, but a well thought out straight-through exhaust with streetable sound levels and good low and mid torque is tough to design, and your design is very similar to what i've been thinking about.
