Intake manifold decision

Hey all, I'm trying to decide on the intake setup I'm going to run on my 1/2 bridge 13b. I've got 2 routes I could go, but I want to know which would be the most effective and what the up and down sides of each would be. For engine and EFI info, refer to sig. Right now I'm running the VDI intake, which is providing power at about 3k RPM, otherwise it's just not flowing for crap.

So, the two intake setups I'm considering are obviously the weber-style IDA throttle body and intake, either downdraft or side draft (I don't know which is better honestly for this setup), or I'm considering running the Racing Beat 4-bbl holly intake, welding 2 injector bungs onto the 2ndary runners and injecting that way, along with a holly-style 1600 CFM 4-bbl throttle body. I'm just wondering what the opinions are on each choice.
