IDA style manifold tuning

Hey all. I just purchased a 12a IDA intake manifold, the kind that wraps over top the engine and I will be using throttle bodies with EFI.

Since this is a divided setup per rotor and it has 2 throttle bodies, should I be tuning alpha N or can it be done with speed density?

Alpha-N with MAP compensation would be your best bet.

Cool thanks. I'm running megasquirt so I'll see if that's an option.
