ID This PP Housing

Can you ID this PP housing.
Threaded tube into housing with flange on outer end for mounting intakes.

its not a factory housing, as those are cast as PP housings. its not RB. they do a threaded insert, but don't use a flange.

it does kind of look like the flange is setup to use a factory intake, which is cool
