Exhaust/Header Flange dimensions

Exhaust/Header Flange dimensions
Hello all
Can anyone help me out with the dimensions/measurements of a 13B series 4 TII header flange? IE the spacing between exhaust ports and spacing of bolt holes. I'm going to be making another header and want to have a new flange cut at work so these measurements would be helpful. Better yet a dwg or dxf
