Air pump

I have a fc3s 87 6port 13b am I able to remove the air pump with out my 5th and 6th ports being affected, atm it has no belt and the line to the cat broke. Wondering if I can take it off let me know

On that year car the aux ports are operated by exhaust back pressure, removing the air pump will have no effect on them.

How should I block off the wholes?
