Why do you guys even bet? Neither of you hold up either part of it anyways? I bet you have allot less missing at the moment parts reinstalled on your car (- the A/C) before SG runs an 11.anything, from a dig, roll, whatever? What do I know I'm the drunk guy that don't have a 7...nevermind...

I agree....quit drinking and posting! This is a RX-7 club....why would anyone be talking about the Evo? And Marc did pay me $100.

MichaelB what kind of power are you making with that turbo?
I've gotta get a ride in that when I get all my stuff and my FD moved down there in the spring.
I was originally wanting the 35/40 but decided on the 40R but now can't have either since I'm moving into a house 1000 miles from "home".

If your talking about bracket racing....ok....I may red light a lot trying to cut a perfect light. But anytime you think you can drive one of my cars faster than I can drive my cars....be my guest. You have tried to drive both the RX7, and the Evo to run faster times than me and failed. You may say I miss every gear? Thats just your excuse for my trap speeds.

I've driven the RX twice (once when you got it, and the other with an untuned new engine) compaired to your 200 (rough guess). EVO what once on the end of it's second clutch?...Like I've said within 10 runs in a row...actually it's your excuse for your trap speed and you've proved it, you just don't believe it?

Ok Ryan show me where in the rules it say this, you keep saying it, with nothing to back it up besides you didn’t read the rule properly, I will quote the fuel section for my class and general for you verbatim from the NHRA rule book 2005, mind you the rule change very insignificantly from year to year, and to back up your theory of I got friends in NHRA and they are changing it for this year here are the new changes for you for 2006! http://www.nhra.com/apcm/templates/n...articleid=9034
Also here is the current 2005 rulebook show me!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last tune I made 431 at dynopro....Now that we have the fuel pressure problem fixed I need it retuned.

You can use your own '05 Rulebook to check this but here it is...

In the Class Regulations, Section 6 Fuel: The second sentence is "OEM Fuel tank manditory." OK so it is the OEM tank just "modded"

In the General Regulations, Section 1.5 Pumps/Valves: The last sentence is "Fuel-recirculation systems not part of normal fuel/pump system prohibited."

Now I guess you can interrpret this however you like, and we all know that the NHRA tech inspectors generally don't know what their looking at anyways...

Almost forgot!!!

That really can go a few ways. Such as on returnless fuel systems, like some Hondas, 350Z's, and plenty of other cars run a returnless fuel system. I think those rules are pretty much just trying to rule out fuel cells and surge tanks. Just trying to keep it as streetable of a class with good performance.

Well it is a OEM tank, doesnt say anything about modifying it, they are just trying to prevent fuel cells as that would classify it as a "true" drag car, this is my interpetaion of the specific rules.

As for the recirclation it will be recirculated in its OEM position, it will be returned to the top of the tank so that not any concern.

I would agree as far as how it can be interpreted. I've yet to see a stock rwd honda. And we're not talking about those cars anyways. I't s trying to eliminate ppl putting their swamp cooler motor on the car to pump fuel to some ridiculous fuel system, in a "Street" driven car because at that point it's not really a "street" car?

Everyone has their own idea of what's street or race, that's a whole different subject though...

I think we should just start a chat room....would be a whole lot easier than this constant refreshing! I'm guessing it may be the most active topic on RX7club.com

are all your rides fixed? you guys need to be busy like me. Too much time on your hands. Lets talk about how it sucks for like 5 months of the year I can't drive my baby because of weather. Damn snow. I better start skiing or something, so I can appreciate it more. It just sucks.

I would generally have to agree, with both of the last two statements!
