Serious question......Vacationing in Colorado.....

Where can you buy beer? Back in NC, you can get it just about anywhere.....grocery stores, gas station convenience stores, etc. I just got to Denver today for a week.....and am wondering where you can get beer out here. I haven't been to any grocery stores yet, but in my travels today, I didn't come up on any "Beer stores". What are the CO blue laws? Where can ya get beer? (Just makes it easier for me to find when I do go out). Thanks in advance.

grocery stores and convience stores are only allowed to carry 3.2% beer. liquor stores are everywhere, but they close on sunday.... always be prepared a day in advance if your planning on drinking on a sunday

Also Colorado has more micro breweries than any other state. Hope that you enjoy it
