Selling a 88 rx7 n/a
Decided to sell my 88 n/a rx7 because I need the room (just picked up another FD). It's been sitting beside my house for over a year un-driven which is a waste of an rx7. I typically start it up once a month but when I went to start it this last time the battery was dead. Anyhow I had someone interested in buying it but I haven't heard back from him in 3 weeks, so I decided to post this up.
So first off it's a 88 n/a base model (4 lug). It has a bit over 200,000 on the body, but the previouse owner told me it had a rebuilt motor. Car runs very well, but isn't street legal due to racing beat headers/track pipe/t2 cat back. I've owned the car for almost 3 years but only drove it for about 3 months. I let my brother drive it for about a year while he saved for a suv. While in his possesion he primered it twice. The original paint was silver then he put grey primer over it, then black primer, which is now faded in some places back to the original silver thanks to this insane winter we had.
The body is decent, the front fenders are dented to hell, because I needed straight fenders for my old t2 so I swapped them. The rear passanger side taillight was reacently broken while I was away for work (think some kid came by and hit it). My brother also lost the keys and thought the best idea was to bust the ignition and use a screw driver to start it, then he found the keys a week later. The drivers side seat has rips in the side from wear and tare. Lastly the tires are bald. Oh and theres a few busted vent pieces. Interior is blue. Thats all that I can think of thats wrong with it off the top of my head.
I'm asking 700, mostly because the racing beat header and track pipe. And I'm not willing to part it out because I've alread got my hands full with rebuilding 2 fd's. I'll have pics up soon, the only ones I have are really old, the first two is when I had to tow the car cause I got a ticket for the exhaust being too loud (before I added the t2 cat back it had a loud *** muffler on it, also the front bumper is not the same one). The second pic is last fall when it was just sitting in the driveway.
*edit: I also just remembered the first 2 pics look like the sides don't have molding, thats because I had taken those pics and slightly modified them to see what it would look like without the molding... so really the molding is there which you can see in the 3rd pic

Yep another fd....lol I keep getting pretty good deals. The red one had about 90% of the parts needed to complete it but one of my friends is gonna buy it from me, so now we're stripping it again so he can get the whole thing painted. I also took all the good parts from it to use on my silver one... the motor goes off this weekend to be rebuilt... gonna get a half-bridge port job. Then I need to get my fuel setup and a pfc... I took my r85 turbo off my red one and am gonna use it on the silver one. Should be fun and done in a month or 2.
Hows the T2?
Ballin don't worry about it, just give me a call whenever... today and tomorrow I'm gonna be working a little late (till 6 probably) but the rest of the week I'll be off by 4 so call whenever.... I'm gonna be busy sat and sunday painting my girlfriends condo but I can still take some time away from that too.

sounds sweet ill have to stop by when its done for a ride! the Tii makes me happy every day! i slid into a pole while back tho 
so its not so pretty anymore but ive done some mods to it! going to be putting a new radiator, and FMIC real soon..... rest of mods are in sig.

nice! sucks about sliding into the pole though. Sometimes I really wish I hadn't gotten rid of it, that was a fun car, bet it's even better with the things you've done to it.... how much boost are you running now? I was contemplating calling you up to see if I could buy it back cause, I'm dying not having a turbo'd car to drive right now, lol.
Ya when my fd's done you should definantly head up, I'd like to see how the fc's coming along, and we can make some fast highway runs!

lol yeah its quiet a bit faster now! i got a mbc set right at 10lbs. its keeping up with my friends 99 z28...that makes me happy. ill be happy to trade you straight across for one of your FD's

Nice 10psi is a good number to be at with the stock turbo. Yea I'll be around in the evenings after 4pm, friday I'm painting my g/f's condo but she lives like 2 miles from me so give me a call anytime after 4 and I'll meet you at my house. I'll pm you my number. You bringing the 7 up?

nope had a few people say they want it but noone has shown me the money yet, if it's not sold in 2 or 3 weeks I'm gonna trade it to one of my friends for some fd parts.
