Hey mike keep me posted on a spring tuning session... Real important man, plus speedjunkie would be interested to I'm sure. Still waiting on an exact date I'll get up there

Ok....everyone...I posted a thread about the tuning session. As soon as I can figure out a day for Steve Kan to come out to Colorado.....I will schedule the best rotary meet Colorado has had! We will be meeting with the Supra Club as well. You guys will not want to miss this one! Details soon I hope!

 

Its to bad you couldn't move it to mid july when I get up there.... delays suck

 

I am getting ready to get the car out of the garage if the weather gets nicer this week! What day are we going to get together again here in Denver??

 

Our Spring meet will probably be the first Saturday in May, I should have a date set soon.


Our Summer meet is June 8th where the Mile High Rotary Club will represent at the Denver Exotic Car Show / Concours d'elegance. Sign up now please before April 15th. Spots are very limited and this will be your chance to have your car seen by 15,000 people along with some Media coverage (Channel 7 news). Not to mention a good cause.

I am actually surprised that there is not more Rx7 activity in Colorado.

 

I got my first Rx-7 a couple months ago and was surprised to find that as well. I'd be happy to go to more events if we had them. I've missed the last couple cause I couldn't get there. (I Just got my license)

 

I'm around here quite a bit. I spend a lot of time on the first gen section. This thread has never been that active.

Nothing is going on around noco as far as I know. Occasionally there is a car show in loveland but i'm not sure when the next one is

I am in route (with the FD in tow) to the Springs with a minor pit stop in NC. I should be in state Saturday and hopefully will get to meet some of you soon. Cheers....

 

The car shows every friday night I believe i stop by occasionally if i work friday night. I've been thinking about getting another meet together sometime. Shoot me a pm if you're interested..

 

I'm almost always down for a meet. Luarel and a few of us up here in Loveland and Fort Collins meet on occasion.

I no long am driving my 1st Gen LE around... it's for sale and I'm not wanting to mess with it. But instead I've been around in my MR2.

I am officially a Springs resident. We need to get a meet of some sort together so I can meet some fellow Colorado Rotor Heads! I have not seen one here in the springs since moving here.

 

There are quite a few in the springs. I DD mine, you can't miss it. It's a flat black 83.

 

I saw a white GXL with a woman headed down Woodman towards Academy this evening.

 

Anybody know where some good test roads were around the academy area, I just shipped out my 93 touring from Ga, and she really wants to open up on these Colorado roads! there have to be some long straight back roads somewhere

 

If you ask me, RX-7s are made for cornering, not straights! Plus cops are crackin down on the drag racing. And they never come to the mountains.

You need to cruise down Hwy 24, drive up through Gold Camp... and (this ones alot more illegal) got to The Garden of the Gods after the park closes at 11pm. Now those are some beautiful, fun roads right thur!!!

I truly agree, i'm not too worried about finding curvy roads up here though! I didn't think about garden of the gods though, that sounds like a lot of fun
