The exiting part about this whole thing is once the track is built....I will be getting in contact with Bern (President of Socal club) and Ryan Scott (Owner of RX7club.com) and organizing a future Sevenstock type event here as the owner of the track owns one of the sickest FD's in the country!

I'd love to see this completed. It would be great to have a world class track near Denver. I'm concerned, though, that the membership fees are very high and they may not be able to maintain enough members to keep it running.

Half the track will be rented out just like Second creek was. There are membership fees as low at 20k but they also have $300 a month fees attached too.

Not only is the land and the road course expensive, but operating it with the safety requirements and clubhouse is also very expensive! Good thing the owner is a Rotorhead! I will talk him into us meeting there regularly!

You want in! You better write me a big check! LOL If we build this thing, you better make the drive up here for our Rotary meet! You know I will be hosting one for all of the fastest Rotary's in the US. We are limited to 500 people so I will have to limit it to people I know or those with the fastest cars!

I think this would be more feasible in an area where it isn’t cold and doesn’t snow half of the year. Plus you would be competing with whatever the Rocky Mountain Speedway Corporation decides to build somewhere near DIA.
