Old thread, not sure if anyone is still keeping the list up-to-date, but I'm new so i figured I'd hop up in here incase anyone wants to meet up, maybe you can throw me in the list real quick? Let me know if i didn't do something right:
Justin Kemmet (Justin1992) Albuquerque, NM. 1987 RX-7 (S4 FC), Base 2+2. Cold Air intake, Borla racing exhaust, lowered with coil-overs.
I'm sure he's done more to it, maybe even some engine internals, but that's all I'm aware of. Only owned the car for 11 months, give or take, so...

I finally have a rotary back in my life, and boy have I missed that feeling.
I'm new to the FD3S, so one of the things I'm looking for is a mechanic in the Denver metro area. I don't believe there are any specialists in the area, I've looked in the past and the only hit was a place which appears to be closed.
Any of you CO guys know a guy you trust to work on your car?
Looks like the previous owner had done the 3" exhaust, Tokico shocks, an AL rad, boost gauge, and an engine rebuild about 30k miles ago. I was also surprised to find a Racing Beat cold air induction box.

Damn I just saw this lol. I'm not sure of many shops up there that do rotary work. Down here we do it ourselves because we don't have any shops, but I know some guys up in the Denver area that tinker with it and they might know of some shops too.

Eric Z - Grand Junction, CO - '84 RX-7 GS in Brown
From what records show up on AutoCheck my car has been a Colorado native for its entire post-dealer life. It lived in Colorado springs for a decade or so before making its way to Palisade, and finally with me in Grand Junction.
Its mostly stock except for a moonroof taken from a very beat up rattle-can black RX-7 (the black was sprayed over a bright green/blue color). I also have (but haven't installed) the Mikuni carb/intake and rear end from daddy08's 84 GSL which I happened upon while looking for parts in the junkyard. The poor thing had been in a NASTY highway crash that destroyed the front end (the mikuni carb has busted venturis). I don't know daddy08 personally but have bought parts from him before, and he seemed to be okay following the accident but I'm not sure. I haven't heard from him in years.
For those in Colorado, check out www.milehighrotaryclub.com. It will forward to a facebook page for Mile High Rotary Club so we have a good way to communicate future events. We have a Japanese Supercar Meet coming up on Sept 28th at 5pm at The Man Cave at 92nd and Wadworth in Westminster Colorado.
Thanks for the heads up. I have been away for a long time and am trying to get back into my RX-7 hobby after having my car garaged for nearly 7 years. I searched facebook and wasn't able to find the mile high rotary club. Could you please send me a link. Thank you!
I'll send you a message with Facebook info so I can add you to the page. We keep in touch pretty well there. Tomorrow we're doing a cruise up 67 and 126 past Deckers and taking 285 into Denver. Then going to Unser Racing for go karts and then dinner. Maybe some more driving and then the Nationwide meet after that.
If you don't go on that I'd still like to meet up sometime. There are a lot of us in C Springs.
